At Helix Executives, we’re not traditional consultants. We’re a pair of former executives — Hans Frölich and Mohittin Milen Kourtev — with over 60 years of combined leadership experience from organizations like Volvo, SKF, EDGE Group, GSK, and others. We’ve led transformations, built new ventures, scaled digital solutions globally, and driven operational excellence across industries. We’ve been accountable for results, not just recommendations.
